St. Luke’s former grade school consists of a three-story Classical Revival influenced main block with a two story addition. Marquette Manor is now on the National Register of Historic Places.
The renovation project, which preserved the richness and history the building, won the 2002 Wisconsin Main Street
award for the Best Reuse Project.
On September 1, 1901, St. Luke Parish purchased the
block of land upon which would house St. Luke School. 100 years
later - to the day - ownership of the land was transferred and Marquette Manor
opened its doors, a beautifully restored historic landmark designed for affordable senior living.
